Reese
Koffler-Stanfield
Reese Koffler-Stanfield, United States Dressage Federation Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist, born and raised in Kentucky, is a lifelong professional horseman who has successfully competed in the sport of Dressage since early childhood. She is the only United States Dressage Federation Certified Instructor / Trainer through Fourth Level in Region II, which encompasses five states. She is an excellent role model for Junior and Advanced Young Riders as she successfully participated in USDF Youth programs throughout her life including the Advanced Young Rider Program. Her excellent training and experience from junior rider through high performance competition gives her great empathy for her students during the learning process and she is well prepared to assist riders reach their goals in both individual and group lesson formats. She is now a sought after trainer and clinician who gives numerous clinics nationwide to all level of riders.

Reese is also a proven HIGH PERFORMANCE FEI rider who has been exceptionally well trained by Olympic Coach, Conrad Schumacher, Hofgut Neuhof, near Frankfort Germany, and World-Class Trainer & Coach Kathy Connelly, Wellington, Florida. Additionally, she has worked with Jessica Ransehousen, Ellen Bontje, and George Williams.

Reese received her USDF Gold Medal in the fall of 2005. She is the principle Dressage Rider, Trainer, and Coach at Maplecrest Farm in Lexington, Kentucky.

Reese Koffler-Stanfield currently rides the famous International Grand Prix Dutch Mare, Jamaica (aka "Meip"). Jamaica is a 16 y/o bay mare who garnered numerous awards in Europe and was imported to Lexington, Kentucky in the summer of 2006. Reese and Jamaica, coached by Kathy Connelly, competed in the Palm Beach Derby's Grand Prix arena in Wellington, Florida this past season and won the Grand Prix Special and was second in the Open Grand Prix of the National Division in their debut together.

Jennifer Oliver
ESMT
Jennifer Oliver was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. A graduate of Georgetown College in Georgetown, KY, she now calls the Bluegrass her home. Jen received her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and was an active member of the Equine Scholars Program, which helped prepare her with a well rounded education of the entire equine industry. Jen received her Equine Massage certification from Equissage, based in Round Hill, VA. With over 2,000 trained massage therapists worldwide Equissage is undoubtedly one of the top equine massage schools in the world. She now joins Maplecrest Farm as a massage therapist, sponsor, and facilities manager.

Margee Koffler
A lifelong horseman, Margee has devoted many years of experience and dedication to the sport of Dressage. She has served as President and Member of the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Dressage Association, Vice President of Dressage for Mid-South Eventing and Dressage, Chairman of the United States Dressage Federation Development Committee and Member of the USDF Capital Campaign Leadership Committee, and Founder & Co-Chair of the Kentucky Horse Park National Dressage Symposium as well as many other prestigious organizations dedicated to the growth and development of the sport of Dressage. Margee volunteers her time regularly to the Kentucky Horse Park, United States Dressage Federation, and United States Equestrian Federation. She has also owned and managed Maplecrest Farm for over a decade, and has maintained a nationally recognized and successful Conformation Hunter breeding program. As of December 2009, Margee handed the reins of Maplecrest Farm over to her daughter Reese. Additionally, Margee is currently serving on the Governor’s Advisory Commission for the World Equestrian Games in 2010.

Melissa Stantz
Assistant Farm Manager, born and raised in Lexington, Ky, developed a love for horses at an early age. She spent many childhood hours helping her father on his horse farm in South Eastern Kentucky. After years of experience in the business milieu she now lends her business acumen to our farm management. She is also currently pursuing a BS in Animal Sciences at the University of Kentucky and looks forward to attending Vet School.

Jimmy Stantz
Jimmy has worked in computers and programming for over 25 years. He currently manages Intranet and IT services for a telecommunications company and also oversees network and web development for the farm.
